Rainbow

No battle is as hard as the one your battling alone,

No argument is set in stone ,

There’s nothing harder than fighting yourself,

Internal and external pressure on your health ,

There’s nothing harder than being your own enemy,

Fake people , fake friends bad chemistry ,

Dark days , dark nights , rough moments,

Strong internal defense , own it,

Sparks fly as you feel a strength inside,

Don’t hold the fear don’t hide ,

The pain, the sorrow and the dark thoughts,

Causing emotional pain and clots,

In your inner and outer  being,

Just be strong and find the feeling,

Acknowledge it and stay true,

Cause the only enemy is the bad guy  in you,

Just pace forward and stride right past the pain,

Like a rainbow after the rain. 

Despite the pain and the internal battle,

You will continue to fight and pull your cattle ,

Don’t give in to the pain that consumes you,

Nothing is permanent, stick to you.
