Self image 

you can take all the pictures of you,

It won’t change the view,

Point of someone,

The opinions have just begun,

You can smile at everyone around,

That wont reassure the sound,

Of there voice wont spit poison about you,

Even when you have a good point of view,

And no matter how strong you are inside,

People will test how strong you are no matter how hard you try to hide,

Your insecurities,

People used there impurities,

To break you down,

As you fight to turn it around.

Im grateful for the people in my life,

That cherish my happiness and are their when im in strife,

i admire the people that support and encourage me,

 That Help me feel on top of the world and feel free,

Im thankful that my friends are my shoulder to cry on,

My sunshine when its. Dark and dawn,

My ear when I need someone to listen to me,

A person that can make me feel and open my eyes to see,

Im grateful for all the people who came and went,

All the love and kindness they sent,

Im grateful for the time they gave me,

As im thankful for all the times they helped me be me.

Self worth

When people put you down, 

remember you can turn it around,

Despite the pain you endured,

Keep your thoughts pure,

Your self worth matters more than what they say,

Don’t let them get their way,

Your worth is stronger than the pain,

Let it fall out like rain.
