You can turn it around 

When your down,

Remember you can turn it around,

Count your blessings everyday,

And remember everyday is a new day ,

You have your friends  when life is to much,

A hand to hold a voice to clutch,

When your down and life’s to hard to bare,

Remember your friends care,

Don’t forget how far you’ve come,

Don’t every succumb ,

To the pain that drags you down,
