What we have is a fairytale

I never believed fairy tales and happy endings to be true,
But that all changed when I met you,
Every time I see you I blush,
The same game when it was just a crush,

When we speak it’s effortless,
Moments with you are timeless,
My heart raced when you were near,
As if I had nothing to fear,

I never knew fairytales were true, until our eyes met and they stuck like glue,
I never knew what it could be,
Until the struggle ended happily,

And if fairytales aren’t true,
I know there’s something special in you,
When there’s pain there’s happy endings ,
While our pain has eternal mending.
