Little things

I can imagine myself in a marathon running, or walking in the park with the sunset so stunning,
I can see myself, feeling the  sand amongst my feet,
Leading so sort of band or retreat,

I close my eyes and imagine me walking a mile,
Without no pain and struggle, while,
I’m able to run free and making strides ,
Knowing I’m strong  physically running tides,

Some day I’ll be able to run up a hill ,
Balance on one leg and stand still,
Wake up and jump up and down,
Without my smile turning into a frown,

I’ll be able to stand and not feel pain,
In sunshine and in rain.
