Model footprint (earth day poem )
Young children grow up following the elders steps,
Every step they go and every lesson they kept ,
Close attention to the information they absorb in,
Even the bad lessons they retain and even the sin,
Elders model how you treat living beings ,
They teach you to emote and have feeling,
As they show you how to feel ,
To create friendships that are real,
They are the footprint of the younger generation,
Shows the growth and elevation,
Of the how to succeed and move forward,
To live and create order,
So if they treat the world with agony and pain,
That information they will retain,
To treat the earth poorly and not care,
That the world is precious and we don’t have time to spare,
To heal the world from pain and distraction ,
So don’t blindly cause disruption,
In the child’s head,
Remind them the world is precious every night before bed,
So that they can improve the health of the world ,
As it helps us when it spins and swirls
